| HALLOWEEN 2004 BREEDER CASTOFFS UPDATE |
|||||||||||||||||||||
| On Wednesday, October 20, 2004, we were contacted about taking SEVEN breeder cast offs from a small commercial breeder in North Texas. We have until Saturday, October 30 to raise enough money to underwrite our existing vet bills AND to pay for the medical needs of these little refugees. PLEASE HELP! To see the little dogs who still need help with their vet bills, CLICK HERE. We don't know anything about the dogs except that five are females and two are males. UPDATE: 11-05-2004 We were able to commit to three of the little mill dogs this past weekend and will be getting them from the breeder on Tuesday, November 9. We should get pictures up next weekend!! |

| We received our three little breeder castoffs today. Here they are. All adorable and very sweet. Baby Girl – 8-9 yr old female – 13 lbs. Was evidently someone’s family pet and the wife died and the husband gave the dog to the breeder. Little Man – 6-7 yr old male – 12 lbs. He has an ulcerated eye. According to the breeder they’d been putting antibiotic ointment in it and it looked better. No information on what they were using nor for how long. FPH will look at it. A breeder died and gave the dog to this breeder. Georgio – 7-8 yr old female – 14 lbs. According to this breeder, another breeder died and gave this dog to her. Her right eye looks very cloudy and I asked them to look at it. She almost looks like she has an brown and a blue eye. Update February 18, 2005 As of today, all three of these babies have been adopted and are enjoying life in their new families! |
