LOUIE - was left at the SPCA a terrible matted mess. So
matted, in fact, that his collar was matted into his coat. We
had to shave him down to get the collar out.
And, of course, little Louie has been left outdoors without
heartworm preventative and now has heartworm disease. We
need to treat this tiny little one-year old dog and then off to a
new, loving home.
