Portia
Portia  has a protruding eye that is infected.
She needs surgery to have the eye removed.  Eye
injuries are too common in Shih Tzus and Lhasa
Apso's because their large eyes are not set deeply
into the bone socket.  As a result they're eyes are
more likely to get scratched and they can even pop
out if the skin or hair on their head is pulled back
too severely.  Dry eye can also be a problem.

Please help Portia by making a donation for her eye
surgery.
