Sabrina
Sabrina is a little black Lhasa that a good samaritan
found wandering
the streets of Sugarland.  When they did her dental they found
that her
front teeth between her lower canines were rotted and her
little chin bone
was broken because of the decay.  They wired her chin.
Update 10-14-05: I took her back 6 weeks later and the wire
was loose so the jaw had not healed. The Vet rewired her chin
and put her on antibiotics in case there was infection.
Update 10/21/05: I took her back last Friday  to take out the
wire.  She found the infection was still there and had decayed
her little chin and the 2 lower canine teeth.   So she had to
remove most of her little chin and the two teeth.
Update 10/30/05:  I am happy to report she is
feeling much much better.  She actually ran around the yard last
night
playing with her foster brothers and sisters. She has
never wanted much to do with the other dogs until last night.   I
know
she is finally almost pain free. She is the sweetest little girl. I
am
very happy for her.
A Big Thanks to all of
Sabrina's Angels!!!
