We are pre-adopted! Here we are with our
new family.  We have new names too. We
are Sara and Sophie.  These are our new
human parents and they are adopting mom
too!  Isn't that really great. Thanks to
everyone who checked up on us and read
about our amazing journey.  And thanks to
all the volunteers at Small Paws and Lone
Star Shih Tzu and Lhasa Apso Rescue for
helping us to make a great start at life.
Thanks especially to our foster mom and
dad who were the first human hands to
show us love.

Signed,
Sara and Sophie
Hello,
We just wanted to give you all an update since we got the girls home last night.  We could not have
asked for a better reception from our little Tiffani.  She just let Faith follow her around the house, the
backyard, and she even let her in bed with us until it was time to go to sleep. As soon as we walked in
the house Faith's tail went up, it was wagging and it was if she new she was home.  It was a  wonderful
sight and feeling for us.
The puppies are just happy where ever mom is.  Although they did decide this morning at 2:45 it was
time to play, so they are very vocal when they are ready to play.
We are just so excited to have them in our home and again feel so blessed to be chosen to adopt them.
We would like to thank you all for everything you have done to help us, and you will all receive weekly
updates on their progress.

In the last week of March, 2004 an amazing journey took
place.  Thanks to the cooperation between Small Paws
Rescue and ourselves, two beautiful Shih Tzus were
rescued.  Many volunteers came together and many
miles were crossed.  Their journey began in Nebraska
and ended with an airplane ride to Texas.  Only two days
after they arrived, Faith gave birth to two beautiful
puppies.

We own a debt of gratitude to all the volunteers who
made this possible.  Follow the saga of Millie, Faith and
her two puppies in the days to come on this page.  They
will be ready for adoption sometime in the future.
